Drug codes: shirts=heroin, pants=crack and more in notes seized by cops in raid on Staten Island
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities allegedly cracked the codes for drug transactions used by two men arrested during the raid of a home in Clifton.
Christian Caroleo, 32 and Nicholas Webb, 38, were arrested when authorities armed with a search warrant swarmed their apartment in the 200 block of Osgood Avenue near Fairway Avenue on July 19 around 1 p.m., according to the criminal complaint based on an investigation by Narcotics Borough New York.
Officers allegedly retrieved 18 loose notebook pages containing encrypted words for drug transactions.
